From the basement and roof, to the yard and garage, our seasonal maintenance membership ensures that every part of your home is in working order and performing at its peak.
The program starts with a 200-point inspection to review all home systems and lifestyle requirements. From there, our team of specialists come together to develop a customized seasonal and preventative maintenance plan. These biannual checkpoints also provide a built-in opportunity to discuss additional projects with your service lead.
KVC doesn’t have to build your home to maintain it. Approximately 50% of seasonal maintenance clients reside in homes not built by KVC.
