The program starts with a 200-point inspection to review all home systems and lifestyle requirements. From there, our team of specialists come together to develop a customized seasonal and preventative maintenance plan. These biannual checkpoints also provide a built-in opportunity to discuss additional projects with your service lead.
KVC doesn’t have to build your home to maintain it. Approximately 50% of seasonal maintenance clients reside in homes not built by KVC.
