Job Description
Direct the marketing planning and deliverables for both Koulopoulos Vona & Company and 360 Home Services across all touchpoints, including website(s), owned social media, print advertising, affiliate marketing, collaborative marketing initiatives, trade/business development, & events.
Job fUNCTION
- Business Planning: Establish annual marketing plans to support business goals, establish budgets, and direct the appropriate internal and external resources to ensure achievement.
- Media: Serve as the lead contact for all relevant media for both editorial and publishing purposes.
- Website: Manage all website design and UX strategy and deliverables. Lead agency partners on strategic goals and ensure they remain on track for both quality and cost.
- Content Management: Direct internal and external resources to capture appropriate and purposeful content to support marketing initiatives. Select the right mix of internally created content and utilize outsourced professional resources, as necessary. This will included a strong amount of photoshoot management for in progress and finished projects.
- Owned Social Media: Establish content plans and calendars specific to owned media across Instagram, Linkedin, Houzz, Facebook, and other emerging social channels.
- Events: Serve as the business lead for supporting trade events(educational and/or developmental), in addition to media events (ie. New corporate HQ in Maynard, MA).
- Business expansion support: assist in the planned business expansion into new markets: South Florida, Rhode Island.
- Brand Management: Serve as the “Brand Police” for all things related to Koulopoulos Vona & Company and 360 Home Services. New branding package (June 2024) needs to carefully and thoroughly rolled out across all touchpoints (website/social/job sites/collateral/advertising).
- Special Projects: From time-to-time, the business may engage in a special projects which will require marketing leadership and/or assistance.
Experience/skills
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably in marketing or a related field.
- Passion for the home building and renovation space.
- 7-plus years in marketing, preferably with direct ownership of brand direction and execution.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Ability to capture content, edit and publish (to website via WordPress, social media, etc)
- Comfortable with digital marketing metrics and trends, and guiding the business as the resident expert.
- Prior creative agency management experience a plus, but not required
- Comfortable managing and directly updating website(s) on a routine basis.
- Experience working within the industry not required
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without a lot of management team oversight

Our KVC 360 Home Services division is seeking qualified technicians to execute seasonal maintenance programs and supplemental renovation projects. This position requires travel to multiple job sites in the Metro West and/or Cape Cod area. The right candidate will be able to take direction, be self-motivated and take pride in their work. In addition, he/she should have a working knowledge of general maintenance and repair issues. Regular communication with supervisors is paramount, as is keeping a detailed record of your work and time for each day. You will also be required to have a professional demeanor and appearance as you will have interactions with clients on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Minimum of five (5) years residential or related experience required
- Possess a valid driver’s license and continuous access to a reliable vehicle
- Must have your own tools
- General working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades
