A Modern Retreat Inside a Classic Victorian

This project took place in an 1887 Victorian, where we renovated a third-floor space of a beautifully updated home. Getting materials up and debris down three flights was no small task, so careful planning and coordination were key throughout. The finished space blends clean, modern elements with the home’s original character. A curbless shower with large-format tile and a floating vanity give it a fresh, streamlined feel. As with most older homes, there were a few surprises—outdated wiring, old plumbing, and other unknowns—but nothing we couldn’t work through. In the end, everything came together seamlessly.
