A seasoned veteran with over 35 years of construction experience, Jim joined KVC’s leadership team over 20 years ago. Today, he oversees our teams in the field, specifically our outstanding project site supervisors and fabulous sub-contractor network. Jim serves as our quality control lead, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met on every project. You won’t find a more capable, humble, and remarkably calm leader in this field. Beyond KVC, Jim often can be found on the Cape with his family or helping the many charitable organizations he proudly serves.
Brian Vona
Owner / Managing Partner
With over 20 years of construction experience, Brian runs the day-to-day business and establishes the long-term vision of Koulopoulos Vona & Company. He is intimately involved in every facet of the company, and is a master planner, communicator, and the lead on client relations. Brian is a trusted business partner for KVC’s network of architects, designers, skilled trades, and its private clientele. Beyond KVC, Brian is deeply involved in a number of charitable organizations, cherishes time with his family, and devotes considerable effort to developing young people through his leadership work in lacrosse.
Matt Kaufmann

With nearly two decades of construction experience, Matt leads KVC’s highly reputable project management team. With his client-first approach, Matt is an outstanding communicator and leader. Matt and his team work tirelessly to ensure projects are meticulously planned from the start, and remain on track throughout. Beyond KVC, Matt devotes his time to family and challenges his perfectionist skills on the golf course.
Tom Tocci
Owner / Managing Partner
A seasoned veteran of KVC, Tom leads the 360 Home Services division. As a client’s new home is completed, Tom orchestrates the team that ensures complete satisfaction for life, ranging from the delivery of seasonal maintenance programs or the creation of renovated living spaces and special projects. Tom’s business acumen and excellent listening skills are true assets to the business and its clients. Beyond KVC, Tom relishes time with family and friends, and is known to be a master chef in his kitchen.
