As a 20-year veteran with KVC Builders, the company is pleased to add Matt Kaufmann as a partner, alongside founders Jim Koulopoulos and Brian Vona. Matt directs the KVC Project Management teams and has personally managed some of New England’s finest home construction projects. His keen insight to detail, strong communication, ability to plan and orchestrate highly complicated builds, and leadership mentoring our younger people, have been instrumental to the success of our business.

Tom Tocci, with a combined 20-year service history with KVC Builders and 360 Home Services, took over the leadership role of 360 Home Services in 2016. He has developed the business far beyond its original purpose of simply maintaining items like your mechanical room! With nearly 200 clients from New England to Southeastern Florida, Tom has transformed 360 Home Services which now includes helping clients manage multiple properties (regardless of location), renovation & millwork projects, concierge services, and yes, even those pesky “handyman” odds and ends! He has created a small, highly responsive, constant-touch company within 360 Home Services. Tom joins Brian Vona as a partner of this highly personalized business.
